In addition to the above, in January 2013 the opportunity arose to manage, build and develop
a new Central area team (which I now currently manage), and from January 2013 – March
2013, I managed a period of change and transition for the organisation at all levels: field staff
in both the London and Central Teams; working closely with senior management in terms of
continued target delivery, recruitment and event booking; and mentoring the newly appointed
