3. Interests/Skills
A challenge is something that I both embrace and seek. I completed the London Marathon on 13th
April 2014 raising almost £1000 for charity; this was completed alongside my full time University place
and my part time job. Following the successful outcome of this challenge, I have now set myself the
new target of completing the Paris Marathon April 2016. Preparation, dedication and planning are all
essential to ensure success in this endeavour, and I believe these skills transfer perfectly to any role
within a marketing role.
I have a great understanding of team cohesion being crucial to meeting targets, achieving high
standards of customer service and maintaining an enjoyable working environment. But I am also very
aware of the need for clear leadership to encourage the marketing team to have distinct focus on the
targets set.
Extremely keen to begin the stepping stones on my career in marketing.
Competent using most Microsoft Programmes and all well known ICT based tasks; exceptional
reading and writing skills and confident in mathematics.
