 Encourage and bring out a passion from the Meat Managers through incentives and friendly

Refit Manager: Dickson ACT
 Manage the refit of a store that was located in one of Canberra's older suburbs and that had not
been refit in some years.
 Liaise with the Store Manager, Site Manager and Tradesman to coordinate efforts to get the job
done on time and to budget.
 Prepare and present the store each morning to be open for normal trade.
 Train and Manage staff to achieve results at short notice.
 Think outside the box when the unexpected happened or things did not go to plan.
New Store Set up: Yass NSW
Charnwood ACT
 Manage the New Store Opening and set up of Yass NSW and conversion of IGA Charnwood to a
new Woolworths Store.
 Liaise with the Area Manager, Site Manager and Tradesmen to coordinate the successful, well
merchandised and well presented opening of the stores within the given time frame and budgets.
 Yass -referring to the blue prints for complete set up and layout of store.
-utilise and managing staff provided by other stores for the setup and allocating roles

 Charnwood - the complete stripping back and dismantling of an extremely old and dirty IGA store,
