1. Feedback on my first draft of my
Double Page Spread
Again, I used the website that would
allow people five seconds to view my
DPS draft and then they could answer
my questions.

3. Is it eye catching/ would you be
enticed to read it?
• Not really, there is nothing that leaps out of the page at me.
• It’s quite bland and boring, it would probably skip over that
page.
• Yes, I think I would
• I like how the main focus is on the photograph

• There isn’t much in the way of colours
• Everything gets lost in the photograph behind it
• The small white writing is quite hard to read

4. Do you like the photograph?
• Yes, I do!
• Yes, although it is quite dark
• Yes, I like that it is one picture across both pages
• I do, except she doesn’t look very happy in it
• Yes, I think the setting represents Indie Folk well
• I love that it has been taken at dusk
• Not really, not much is happening in it, it’s a bit
boring
• I like that she is holding her instrument, especially
an instrument that links with Indie Folk

5. Anything I could do to improve?
• Make the text like a question and answer layout.
That way it would be more interesting to read
and look at.
• Maybe make the girl look a bit more happier/ use
a happier picture. It would entice us as the
audience a bit more

• Make it a bit brighter
• Add more images perhaps?
