Pension Transfer- Transfer In Team
Payment Processing – Receipting of Funds Transferred from the Ceding scheme by taking into consideration factors such as the payment method (BACS or Cheques), the
date the funds are received, or if multiple payments relating to a pension holder looking into consolidating their funds have been received (the source of funds could be
from the same ceding scheme/Provider or different schemes/Provider).
Applying the funds transfer to the member’s plan by ensuring that both the right commission details (relating to IFA) arecaptured, the members fund choice is applied and
the accurate Pension Scheme TaxReference number (PSTR) relating to the scheme is captured.
Ensuring that Unit statements (that show the funds transfer value to dateand funds invested) are issued to members as soon as the Funds Transfer process is complete.
Annual Reviews – Transfer In Team
Investigating Transfer In cases that are incomplete by liaising with both the Ceding scheme and the Pension holder wishing to transfer their funds into Legal& General. By
engaging in telephone dialogues with both parties, I aim to resolve cases that have stalled by determining the reasons why and finding solutions or closing the cases where
the member no longer wishes to go ahead with the pension transfer process.
Documenting all correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Annual Reviews- IncomeDrawdown Team

also giving them an indication of the possible future benefits they might receive.
