processing cash flow requirements of clients as per their portfolio maintaining targets.

 Working in the Asset Management Verticalfor Alliance Bernstein (Investment Banking
Co).
 Reconciliation of key detailsof an event by the documents provided by the different
Custodian banks, notify the client (Fund Manager) about event details. Calculation of correct
entitlement of sharesfor both the mandatoryas well as voluntaryevents.
 Montioring of documentson deadlines as updation in documentation might take place and
client should be notified with the correct details.
 Checking the notes and detailswith the latest updated Custodian document for the
mandatoryand voluntaryevent types till they get completed and validated from the queue.
 Also have experience in managingPortfolio's of Clientsand process their cash flow
requirementsrelated toEquity and Mutual Funds. Investing and selling Value and
Growth Equitiesand In-house Mutual Fundson the basis of dailyresearch report and
predefined product allocation targets. Rebalancingof client’sportfolio to stabilize their asset
allocation.
 Also got trained on critical function, Proxy work type. Voting is done on behalf of the
client whose has entitled these rights to Alliance Bernstein. It needs analysis and
studying the details mentioned in the report based on which the approving is done. The
QC process was successfully single-handedly by me.
 Mentoring new joiner’s for the above and got them live on the process within one
month during crucial volumes period.
 Got cross trained on Reporting to create resilience in the team where several reports
have to be generated using various applications. The reports generated are Excel
based.
