Affordability Assessor
Checking credit loan affordability by assessing whether or not customers can afford to take out
a loan and for how much in conjunction whether or not you can make repayments over the
loan term, providing a number of ratio for the indebted set of customers which is use to assess
a customer’s ability to repay their debt. Through taking into account monthly income, bureau
accounts (NLR & CAP), miscellaneous expensive + living expenses and conduct affordability and
conclude accordingly.

Affordability Assessor
Conduct financial affordability for current/existing and potential clients through analyzing their
bureau (NLR & CPA) information, analysis bank statement for repayment conduct behavior,
separate good and bad financial conduct client. Evaluate provide documents and ensure good
quality and assess affordability, check previous affordability assessment and rectify where
applicable. To enforce credit policy and comply to National Credit Act (NCA) and conclude fairly
according to information provided.
