Roles and Responsibilities
 Transfer of wire amount from fund company accounts to State street (Custodian) accounts.
 Ability to track and analyze any Mismatches occurred while posting the Dividend amounts to the
respective accounts and how to resolve them.
 Tie up with the Reconciliation team after completion of posting income.
 Responsible for Updating the Dividend accrual rates for each Funds in Global Plus application on a
daily basis.
 Receiving Income information from State Street client.
 Researching and Resolving Corporate Action Event Cash dividends, WHT taxes and
Issuance fee.
 Booking of non trade activities like expenses and interests.
 Reading all major Broker reports and financial files (Bloomberg)
 Researching internal breaks between Client and Broker statements.
 Interacting with clients for solving funds related issues.
 Collection and Reinvestmentof Dividends/Capital Gains/Interest accrued for Mutual funds to the
Omnibus, Fully disclosed and Sweep accounts through Global plus.
 Validation and Execution of Trade order instructions into SEI Trust Accounting platform as per request.
 Responsible for executing the trades on daily basis using the Macros and signatures verification for
individual Clients.
 Reconciliation of cash and position breaks.
 Securities valuation in ‘Appraise’ application to produce DOD and FMV reports.
 Transfer of shares to internal and external accounts of State Street clients.
