This document outlines a dissertation prospectus examining how attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may contribute to learning disabilities. ADHD is characterized by lack of concentration, hyperactivity, and impulsive behavior, while PTSD is induced by traumatic experiences and associated with flashbacks, nightmares, and heightened arousal. Both disorders can affect learning and have been linked to poorer academic performance compared to children without these disorders. The prospectus proposes researching the impact of ADHD and PTSD on school performance by comparing test scores of 500 children with these disorders to scores of normally developing children. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a disorder
that affects the mind it is characterized by lack of
concentration, hyper activity and impulsive behavior

mental condition that is induced by horrific or terrific

students speaking substandard dialects of English

disorders on studying capacity among children. The study

with a salvaging program to restore learning abilities among
children.
The findings will assist in coming up with a solution to reduce
problems within the mental health field in the near future.

in a school environment?

school performance between kids who are ailing from mental

mental disorders perform notably not so well than those with no
mental disorientation.

measures like mean and modal through statistical software.

establish the actual veracity concerning them. Such results can
be useful to reach a conclusion on whether ADHD and PTSD
can bring a difference in performance as compared to normal
children.
