This document provides a validation form and sample computations for assessing a school's level of practice in School-Based Management. It evaluates performance in three areas: Access, Efficiency, and Quality based on enrollment, dropout rates, completion rates, and test scores. It also assesses four principles of SBM practice: Leadership and Governance, Curriculum and Instruction, Accountability and Continuous Improvement, and Management of Resources. Based on weighted averages across categories, the school's overall SBM level is determined to be either Developing, Maturing, or Advanced.
