1. Heavy Equipment Senior Manager (HESM)

Basic Requirement:
1. Strong experience minimum 15 years in Heavy Equipment (HE) areas, both
technicality and management.
2. Age minimum 45 years with strong and agile management leadership style. (up and
low level)
3. Expert in Total Preventive Maintenance.
4. Have knowledge in lean SixSigma and Balance Score Card.
5. Preferably from Logistic, Earth Moving Transportation (EMT), Plantation, Mining or
Heavy Equipment Services Industry.
Role & Responsibility:
1. Manage performance of all heavy equipment and workshop
2. Lead Heavy Equipment Department (direct and remotely) and conduct coaching to
all members
3. Implement TPM pillars.
Number of team members:
± 50 employees (Manager, Supervisor, Mechanic & Worker)
Main KPI:
1. HE availability
2. HE utility
3. Cost Maintenance
4. Mean time to repair (MTTR)
5. Mean time between failure (MTBF)
6. Innovation and Continues Improvement Project
7. Technician Competency
