KEY RESPONSIBILITY in brief:
Presently Managing 4 vessels of various ships ranging from Product & Chemical Tanker
(IMO Type 2/3), Heavy Lift vessel, Lift-Boat, Jack Up Rig Etc.
To ensure that managed vessels are managed and operated in a safe, reliable, efficient
and cost-effective manner & in full compliance with all applicable Port/Flag State,
Group and Company requirements, commercial shipping needs of the owner and its
customers and provide cargo care to the traders/charterers of the vessels.
Applied cost-effective preventive planned maintenance techniques on board allocated
vessels, while retaining the flexibility to make spot decisions on emergency or voyage
repairs as the need arises.
Assessed and monitored vessel operating parameters to identify issues, such as
inefficient machinery, deteriorating hull condition, excessive bunker, and lubricant
consumption, and take prompt action to address with the aim of limiting any further
deterioration.
Visited each allocated vesselthroughout the tenure to monitor, advise, instruct, motivate
and reporton the performance of senior ship’s staff in order to achieve the most efficient
control of personnel and machinery to safeguard the vessel, crew, cargo, and
environment and owner reputation. Report on each visit, highlighting any action points
and the agreed action party.
Actively participate in and provide guidance on the preparation and control of the fleet
operational budget, so that targets are met and competitiveness maintained. Assist with
the preparation of annual budgets, monitor and guide expenditure within those
budgets.
To represent the Company, as required, in the event of a major incident or accident.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of international, national and classification society
rules and regulations which apply, or are proposed for application, to tankers which will
directly impact on allocated ships.
Prepared refit specifications for allocated vessels. Plan and manage refits in accordance
with company procedures, ensuring that all required processes are completed in a timely
manner and that costs are properly managed.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
Successfully completed the refit ofmy vessel, prepare specifications and completed dry
docking (3rd
SS) of Chemical Tanker M.T. MAHAKAMA-in ASL shipyard, Batam in Aug-
2016, within allocated budget and timeframe.

Successfully completed the refit my Vessel, prepare specifications and complete dry
docking (1st SS) of LOCH SEAFORTH heavy lift vessel in Sembcorp Shipyard,
Sembawang in 2016, within allocated budget and timeframe.
Carried out special Docking for lift-boat TC-7 and TF in JSML shipyard, Tuas in 2015 and
completed conversion work to meet the ARAMCO requirements, installed various new
equipment’s and modification done on accommodation HVAC system.
Carried out pre-purchase inspection for Chemical Tanker M.T. Mahakama-1 and
submitted the details report to the management, Then, took over the vessel to the
management.
Closely work with IT team to upgrade NS5 database and prepare PMS vessel specific.
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (TRUST MARITIME, SINGAPORE)
(YEAR –1ST

Managed day to day operation 06 vessels, ranging from Capsize Bulk carrier 02 Nos,
Container vessel 02 Numbers and 02 numbers of multipurpose vessel with heavy lift
crane.

Completed the refit (3rd Special Survey) of Container vessels IG1 & IG2 at Keppel
Shipyard Singapore in the year 2014 within allocated budget and time frame.
Completed the refit (1st Special Survey) of Multipurpose Vessel Golden 138 & Golden
168 at DAYANG SHIPYARD, DALIAN, China in year 2013 within allocated budget and
timeframe.
Attended Sea trail for M.V MEDIHAKATA, then took over the vessel to management.

M.T. ISANDA at ST Marine yard, Singapore, Year 2013 within allocated budget and time

Attended Sea trial of Diesel-Electric Vessel M.T. EMISSARY and took over the vessel from
the shipyard.
