WIDESEA Marine Services is we solidified offer to deliver crew management to
lesser your manpower and personnel need at your company to the same time
cost to you less. The most important reason is to source out suitable
candidates it’s difficult to find skilled and professionalism of its DECK/ENGIN
officers who we are now, were conducting pre qualified included accepting the
young ones generations also are specialized skilled in merchant fleet and
offshore vessel, handling and maneuvering sophisticated and most expensive
vessel and given equal opportunity to everyone.
WIDESEA Marine creating a team in continued research for a better and
effective working procedure of its crew rotation retention to the company.

Our Services to cover the following:
• Crew management and their contract rotation DECK/ENGINE OFFICERS 4 -
6 month on board, 1- month vacation rotation with the same vessel or in
other sister ship whichever is available. To notify in advance at least one
month prior crew disembarkation. For RATING contract is 6 +/- month’s
rotation. We can manage the retention of your personnel by familiarize
the company SMS manual.
• Man power pooling, source out suitable candidate to their specific vessel
specialty requirements and experience, validation of documentation and
requirements in offshore training required mandated by the MLC and
approval local application of the MARINA in compliance by IMO.
• Conducting initial technical interview base on his experience type of
vessel, operation in also ISM management of SAFETY together which type
of vessel classification society.
• Finalization was at your end for approval of the crew prior mobilization of
their documents and signing of contract in both for a long term and
contractual employment.

• Training, the crew once approved and passed in technical and theoretical
we will provide training course, Endorsed to our training center (ILCAMP)
International Language and Cultural Academy and Maritime Training
Center of the Philippines giving basic orientation and familiarization in
which department he/she belong. The main function of our courses is to
develop hands on simulation maneuvering operation at all type of
offshore vessel in combination with the culture of the other nationality.
• Pre Employment medical check up with the accredited physician or clinic
under the MLC and DOH compliance approved by the government of
employment procedure of all Overseas contract worker with a validity of
Minimum validity of one (1) year.
• Crew contract by IN HOUSE processing or at POEA in every time the crew
deployment under the terms and conditions of the Philippines Overseas
Employment Administration CBA local and Abroad.
• We provide all the government contribution required by the POEA its
seafarer benefit like SSS, PHIL/HEALTH, PAG – IBIG, and some training
required before deployment of the crew.

• We will be the one to provide complete set of (PPE) Personal Protective
Equipment of each crew before deployment.
– 2 set of cover all with principal company logo
– 1 pair Safety Shoes
• We take the responsibility as agent the remittance obligation with their
monthly salary together with their family home allotment and other
beneficiaries which our CUT OFF is every 25th of the month upon billing to
the ship owner.
• We take care of all the above responsibility to update and mandate with the
compliance by the MLC at POEA monthly activity reporting of every
deployment.
• We have stand by technical team for emergency matter of replacement and
during on hire/off hire vessel in “AUDIT “ if necessarily needs our
participating of technical and trouble soot problems.
• In compliance of all the above mention has to be followed and accordance
in required by the rules of government regarding regular monthly salary
remittances. Our company remittance procedure is regular at every end of
the month which we provide copy to be sent to our principal’s payroll
account for all crew on board.

• Our CREWING MANAGEMENT charges and FEES are according by which
we included in the monthly salary of each crew member including the
expenses, mobilization according to the crew requirements and
compliance by the principal before processing of their contract joining at
their designated vessel line up.

Insurances:
We base on our POEA Manning Agreement section 7 under the POEA addendum
and CBA regulation of all contract workers.
This agreement shall take effect upon the signing of both parties and upon the initial
requisition and actual deployment onboard the
PRINCIPAL’S VESSEL and maybe terminated after Sixty (60) days upon the receipt of notice
of termination from either party. It is however understood that notwithstanding the
termination of this Agreement,
AGENT shall be entitled to its basic agency fees while during the time PRINCIPAL continues
to engage crewmember originally hired thru or processed by the AGENT onboard its
vessels until the crewmember’s repatriation to Manila, Philippines.
