achieved. Quality monitoring of contractors work is also carried out with regular

all times. One example of this being achieved was the implementation of later
inspection times at a 3rd party contractor to ensure maximum fleet availability

requirements. Training of driver’s hours & tachograph regulations to transport
management and clerical staff, which included digital tachographs. I was also
involved in Health & Safety & risk assessment within the transport department
working within and dealing with issues that evolved from a heavily unionised
environment.

Duties included driver allocation to routes differentiating between 4 & 5-day
rostered drivers. Optimum use of drivers using Pulsar and Paragon planning
and route systems. De-briefing of drivers to discuss any route anomalies.

Duties included workshop loading, invoice/purchase order control, maintenance
supervision and organisation of a fleet of 299 vehicles & trailers, budgetary
control. I have also been recently involved in organising & delivering small
