MICROBES treat: contamination in soil & water completely degrades these to ETHYLENE and CHLORIDE which are NON-TOXIC USED in: MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT to restart activated sludge bioreactors Chlorinated ethenes Tetrachloroethylene Trichloroethylene (Wikipedia, 2008)
