performed overhauling and maintenance of rotary equipments like Gas turbines GE FRAME-V,
Centrifugal compressors, screw type and Reciprocating compressors,centrifugal and Plunger type Pumps,
Maintenance and replacement of mechanical and static seals of related equipments.
TECHNICAL TRAINING/COURSES:
• Skill improvement course on gas turbine, Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, Centrifugal
pumps, Safe rigging, Facilitated by Eni Pakistan Ltd.
• Maintenance and Replacements of dry gas seals and Mechanical seals.

CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist Assistant Mechanical Engineer to maintain the plant equipments in good working
condition. To carry out maintenance job in field. Ensure the compliance of company safety policy
and contribute in eliminating and reducing risk involved in the jobs. Support Assistant Mechanical
Engineer to achieve business link objective and review spares and PM procedures and suggest

2. changes as required improving the maintenance standard and costing control in consultation with
Mechanical Engineer.
• Trouble shooting of equipments for routine maintenance and corrective, predictive maintenance.
• Make daily report on the progress and submit it to Assistant Mechanical Engineer.
• To carry out all mechanical maintenance activities at central facility and wellheads.
• To carry out efficient maintenance to achieve minimum down time.
• Keeping maintenance record through effective system as well as with Maintenance Management
System.
• Review spares required for the corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Assist Assistant Mechanical Engineer for shutdown planning works.
• To carry out the major maintenance works such as shutdown jobs,Overhauling and maintenance of
pumps,Gas turbines,Gas engines,Reciprocating compressors,Centrifugal compressors, Centrifugal
and plunger pumps.Fin fan coolers.
• Maintain the house keeping and orderliness of maintenance workshop.
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strive to achieve zero lost work day case ( LWDC ) in the work place throughout the year.
• Ensure full Compliance of the Eni Pakistan HSE system and procedures.
• Adherence to PPE during field activities.
• Compliance to site specific PTW requirements.
• Contractor's compliance to Eni's HSE requirements.
JOB CAPABILITIES / SKILLS
GAS TURBINES
• I have done following overhaul and maintenance jobs on gas turbines.
• Maintenance and GG replacement of RB 211 Rolls Royce Gas turbines.
• Major overhauling and PM, CM. and inspection of bearings, couplings, and seals carried out.
GAS ENGINES
• I have done Top-end Maintenance of Gas Engines Manufactured by (CAT Engine 3616 / 3612)
• Routine maintenance also carried out.
CENTRIFUGAL AND PLUNGER PUMPS
• Major overhauling, plan and corrective maintenance of centrifugal pumps. (SUND STRAND,
KSB, GABIONETA, DEAN, ENSIVALl MORET, AROURA, DP PUMPS). Cryogenic Duty
vertical centrifugal multistage pumps. Mechanical Seals (Single, Double and Tandem up to 13”
diameter size cartridge) Disassembly/assembly, workshop checks, refurbishment, testing and
installation
• Major overhauling, plan and corrective maintenance of plunger and diapharam pumps carried out.
• HP. Reciprocating Glycol pumps (TEXTRON) complete overhauling.
• Injection pumps Corrosion Inhibitor & Anti-foam dozing complete overhauling done, made by
WILLIAMS.
CENTRIFUGAL AND RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS
• Overhauling and preventive maintenance of Centrifugal compressor BCL/MCL Type (Cooper
Bessemer) Synthesis Gas Compressor, Co2 Gas Compressor by DRESSER RAND and
Centrifugal Compressors (Man-Turbo Borsig and GE) and also Inspection of bearings, couplings,
dry gas seal removal and installation.

3. • Reciprocating compressor (Ariel Compressor JGC4 / JGC6) Plan and condition base maintenance
carried out.
• Overhauling and preventive Maintenance of screw compressors(Atlas Capco, Frick & Ingersoll-
Rand) carried out.
BLOWERS AND FIN FANS COOLERS
• I have sound knowledge of blowers(Sundyne) and fin fans coolers (Jord International & Air-x-
Hemphill) complete Overhauling done.
• I have done several times major maintenance of fin fan coolers, cooling tower fans.
WELL HEAD EQUIPMENTS
Greasing of SSV, Lower Master, Upper Master, Wing Valve, Crown Valves. Installation &
corrective maintenance of choke valve. Hand on experience at methanol injection, corrosion system pump
PM / CM. Maintenance of Haskell pumps. Assisted third party at booster compressor installation,
commissioning & problem rectification.
TANKS VESSELS AND STATIC EQUIPMENTS
• Maintenance and inspection of vessels, tanks. Lines Valves, heat exchangers, Glass level gauges.
• Maintenance and cleaning of plate type heat Exchangers.
• Capable to grinding, cutting and pipe fitting jobs.
• Separator, Knock out Drum, Regenerator and Contactor Tower All type of maintenance and
inspection during shutdown activity performed.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team member of our plant emergency responding team.
• Responsible to maintain and up to date all mechanical documentation.
• Develop plant spares list and help procurement department in item ordering.
