like 1R, 2R.3R, bucket axial clearance, diaphagram clearance checks etc.
• Installation of labyrinth seals both plain and inter locking.
• Maintenance of accessory Compartment Equipments, Flow divider, Booster compressor etc.
• Hands on Experience of MOH of Single cylinder Steam turbine Gec Alstom France 103 MW.
• Maintenance of all Rotating and static equipments of BOP at combine cycle Plant.
• Maintenance of steam Turbine (Single and Double cylinder), Gearboxes (reduction and induction), Lube Oil Pumps, control oil pumps
JOP Pump and accessories. (Made Siemens, Gec Alstom, ABB).
• All Centrifugal pumps, Compressors single & multistage High pressure up to 250 bars & High Speed up to 5500. Also well Knowledge of
their parts and Maintenance.
• Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of split seal, single and dual mechanical seals (johncran, Flowserve, burgmman).
Mechanical Seals refurbishment.
• Maintenance Experience of P.D. Compressors Made (Worthington France) and Centrifugal Compressors (Cooper U.S.A& Buge).
