3. INTRODUCTION
A Flowchart is a type of diagram that represents an algorithm,
workflow or process, showing the steps as boxes of various
kinds , and their order by connecting them with arrows . this
diagrammatic representation illustrates a solution model to a
given problem.
4. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MACRO AND MICRO
FLOWCHARTS
MACRO FLOWCHARTS MICRO FLOWCHARTS
Draw a diagram showing how a
business process is made up by
connecting various systems.
Draw a diagram that shows how
objects are connected together to
create a transaction.
It shows less information. It shows more information
Macro flowchart is easy to design Micro flowcharts are typical to
design in comparison to macro.
It is difficult to study. It is easy to study.
9. PROBLEMS IN THE PROCEDURE
Clash of dates - often date and time of certain competitive
exams coincide on a same day leading to a major problem.
Concepts not clear – Students tend to cram a particular topic
and hence don’t have their concepts clear.
Communication skills – it is very important to have good
communication skills as it helps the students to express their
views properly.
10. LESSONS LEARNT
We got to know that flowcharting allows us to break down
any process into bite sized sections and display them in
shorthand form . This makes it easy for us to see the logical
flow and relationships between steps.
Flow charting is very effective technique to present the data
. It is very eye catching technique and easy to understand
process.
