1. P&P Romania is looking to fill in a Sales Director position, located in Bucharest, for its client - a
regional company with a strong entrepreneurial culture, acting in chemicals and raw materials
distribution field.
The Sales Director, reporting to Country Manager and SEE Regional Sales Director, who will be
responsible for responsible for developing sales strategies to align with Group objectives; designing
processes and systems to support strategies; creating and executing sales plans; and leading the sales
team. It is accountable for improving the company's market position, driving customer satisfaction, and
achieving financial goals through profitable revenue growth.
Some of the main roles are developing new channels and clients in Romania and the development of
existing accounts, being responsible for a team of Business Managers who are crucial to the success
and growth of this organisation.
We look for skilled and experienced Sales Manager who will ideally be from an industrial product
background with knowledge of chemicals and wholesale business model experience.
The ideal candidate will be a Degree qualified in a Chemical, Chemistry or Physical Science discipline
or a relevant commercial qualification (MBA) with significant experience in a Sales, Commercial and/or
Marketing role and a track record of designing, developing and executing sales and marketing
strategies, working knowledge of business sales tools such as Revenue Plans, Value Propositions,
Account Plans and an understanding of the chemicals and raw materials market would be highly
desirable .
Due to its group and regional exposure English fluency is mandatory for this position.
