My t-shirt design process involved using Photoshop to create a unique long-sleeved t-shirt design. I found a long-sleeved top template online and imported it into Photoshop. I then designed checked print sleeves with roses and my logo to advertise my brand. I cut out the arm areas and replaced them with checker print, and added white cuffs. This created a professional looking t-shirt that incorporated elements informed by audience research.
2. Process
My fashion video
To make my fashion video I used a camera to capture the clips of videos , I then
transferred them to my emails so I could use the software at college to edit them.
In college I used premier pro to put all my clips together to actually to make a full video,
I then added some fades and effects that I put on the clips to make it so its not just a big
block of clips put together and actually a flowing video. I then decided to mute all the
background noises from the recording so that I could add some music on the top as the
adverts have music that flows with the video clips so I decided to use the song ‘sweet
sweet ’ by Travis Scott because there are lots of harsh beats that go well when changing
the video clip to the next one. Then I added some titles into the clothing pieces to
advertise the clothing pieces to show how much they retail for, this is helpful for the
viewer as they get to see what the prices are from the beginning and they can
automatically judge if they like it or not. I also put a title slide to actual advertise my
brand as well as adding a rose as that is my logo, I think my brand name and logo
picture are very catchy and remeberable so this is good for the viewer to remember it
and go to the website.
3. Process
My photography
To create a photography portfolio I used a camera to take my photos and I chose urban
locations as I found out that this is what my audience preferred from my research when
I used survey monkey for my audiences opinions. For the layout and presentation of my
photos I used a website called portfolio box to put them in a presentable manor. Once
choosing which photos I would like to use I then selected them into portfolio box then
chose with templates I would like to use to put my photos into them, this creates a
more professional look to the photos as it looks more genuine. I also chose the layout
to compliment the photos to make them more professional as they are laid out in an
order or different people and different outfits. Once the pictures were laid out I decided
to add some descriptive writing about the pictures to describe what they were about
and the clothing wear that the models are wearing.
4. Process
My t-shirt design
To create my t-shirt design I used Photoshop to create a design on the top , I first
went onto google to get a long sleeved top template then transferred it onto
Photoshop. I then decided on the design of checked long sleeved arms , roses and
my logo to advertise my brand. To do this I saved some check print page designs then
moved back onto the top layer to cut out the arm then replace it with the checker
print. I also added white cuffs to make it look more professional, I then added my
logo, rose and back picture this makes my t-shirt unique. I decided to use a long
sleeve top as from my survey I asked what my audience which they would prefer and
long sleeved is what they said as it is cold and you get more material for your money.
