2. Process
I decided to use the ruler tool to mark
out the centre point of the banner,
this was at 10.5 inches. This would
mean I can centre my work to make it
look professional as possible. After
that I added in a background layer of
carbon fibre to make a background a
certain style. this carbon fibre
background was found on google
images. Using the copy and paste tool
I added in my limited time logo for a
professional look. Using the text tool
and used a clear text so the viewers
will be able to see what is said clearly.
I added in my logo because I wanted
to make it known more and more
therefor becoming more of a staple of
me and my channel.

3. Process
Adding in another image to
represent the gaming side of
my channel therefor using a
solider 76 logo that I copy and
pasted in and the changed the
opacity to 50% so it looks
faded and blended into the
carbon fibre background.
Looking more heroic and
skilled than just a pasted on
look. The Solider 76 logo was
added in because my audience
is mad up of gamers therefor
having a well known icon in
gaming will show that side of
me on my channel.

4. Process
What I decided to do for this
bit is add in something about
my vlogs and Cosplay so I did a
popular image of me with bane
for that. This meant my
channel would know me well
and have an idea I like doing a
lot of comical things with my
vlogs. Having deadpool on the
cover also shows a culture of
my channel. Bringing in my
target audience of gamers and
comic book lovers bringing the
whole community together.

5. Process
After realizing the YouTube banner
wouldn't fit it became trial and error
to getting the banner perfect for the
channel. The meant a lot of
transforming the image and text to
the correct size and using the ruler
tool to give me more boundaries for
my work. After transforming the text
and images to the size necessary it
was able to be used as a banner for
YouTube. Using the layers tool I
arragended these well out so I could
have them on full screen when a
viewer opened up the channel. The
YouTube dimensions to this are
specific to:
2560 x 1440 pixels

6. The main aspect of the whole process was the logo. this
was a key aspect of my channel. From it being the symbol I
represent myself with and the channel. Therefor having a
lot of the content based round it. With

7. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you include in your
final product?
– I’ll use a lot of the work ideas for my channel and work with
Photoshop for the project making. So when I make my logo and
have channel art I wont be starting from scratch.
– I will implement my art into my videos by making Photoshop
images that relate to the content. This would also make a part
of my T-shirt store with art on the shirts relating to my content.
– Maybe also basing my content off my art and making something
from that.
– Hopefully my audience will enjoy the art work and have a
memorable image in their head after being used to the logo.
