9. This Calendar shows all guidance activities
that are planned in the school. It helps to
allocate time to school activities, and avoid
clashes. It is for an organization to develop a
monthly, quarterly, termly or yearly calendar.
Like the Guidance Program.

that are required for your program.
2.List the needs of your students/clients, and indicate
the required resources to deal with them.

15. Evaluation seeks to provide objective
evidence of whether the program has met
the desired objectives. It provides an
opportunity for program planning and
decision-making. It is, therefore, important
to evaluate program since this offers a
chance for continued program
improvement.
