Held a public hearing on Feb. 20, 2018
Found the proposed structure to be
compatible, and approved the request with
the following conditions:
1. The dumpsters for the cafeteria be
located in the STEM building to the
north and not the southern parking lot.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
Postcards were mailed to property
owners within a 200-foot radius of the
property, appropriate notice was
posted on the City website and a sign
was posted on the property.
