1. The Prophet (‫)ﷺ‬ said
‘’Be afraid, from the invocation of the oppressed as there is no
screen between his invocation and Allah’’ Sahih al-Bukhari
،ِ‫وم‬ُ‫ل‬ْ‫ظ‬َ‫م‬ْ‫ل‬‫ا‬ َ‫ة‬َ‫و‬ْ‫ع‬َ‫د‬ ِ‫ق‬َّ‫ت‬‫ا‬
‫ا‬َ‫ه‬َ‫ن‬ْ‫ي‬َ‫ب‬ َ‫س‬ْ‫ي‬َ‫ل‬ ‫ا‬َ‫ه‬َّ‫ن‬ِ‫إ‬َ‫ف‬
‫اب‬َ‫ج‬ ِ‫ح‬ ِ َّ‫اَّلل‬ َ‫ن‬ْ‫ي‬َ‫ب‬َ‫و‬
The person under oppression or having
apprehensive feeling that she or he will
victim of oppression,
need to make a specific dua. Below are

And they said nothing but: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and our
transgressions (in keeping our duties to You), establishour feet firmly, and
give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Surah yunus ayah 85

They said: "In Allah we put our trust. Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the
wrongdoing people.

3. Surah al-Qassas ayah 21
ُ‫ب‬َّ‫ق‬َ‫ر‬َ‫ت‬َ‫ي‬ ‫ا‬ً‫ف‬ِ‫ئ‬‫َا‬‫خ‬ ‫ا‬َ‫ه‬ْ‫ن‬ِ‫م‬ َ‫ج‬َ‫َر‬‫خ‬َ‫ف‬َ‫ق‬ََ‫ا‬

So he left it, fearful and anticipating [apprehension]. He said, "My Lord, save me
from the wrongdoing people.”
Surah Al-Mumtahinah , ayah 5

ََ"Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the disbelievers, and forgive
us, Our Lord! Verily, You, only You are the All-Mighty, the All-
Wise.’’
Surah al- Qamar ayah 10

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abu Aufa
that the Messenger of Allah (‫)ﷺ‬ cursed the
tribes (who had marched upon Medina with a
combined force in 5 H) and said:
O Allah, Revealer of the Book, swift in (taking)
account, put the tribes to rout. O Lord, defeat
them and shake them.
