I am a self-motivated individual possessing a wide range of experience within the Fast Food
Trade.
I have proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating a team to
achieve there targets in a really fast paced market.
For the last 10 years I have ran my own succesfull business Vaz’s Balti.

Working 10 – 3 shift dealing with face to face customers and also on the phone.
2003 – 2013 Vaz’s Balti
I opened my own business selling a wide range of Fast Food and a specialist in the Indian
Cuisine.
Working on day to day custom with a wide range of orders.
I was leading a work team of 7 on a daily basis

2014 -2015 – New York Bakery
New York Bakery is the leading Bagel Manufacturing company in the UK. My role over
the the 2 years has been varied from, running the whole process from production all the
way through to the product being packed with the team being built of upto 25 people. For
the last 12 months I have been in charge of the Hygiene Department on a designated shift.
I have been in charge of peoples performances and helping them builld there skills on the
job. Aswell as using KPI’s to improve there daily work load. Have planned the weekly Rota
working with the on-site Agency. Making sure the Production Plants are handed back in the
allocated times. Making sure all the stock take is ordered for all the PPE and utilities.
