successfully launched this.
• Managed a rota change in Magor, ensuring the right hours and shifts were in place to
meet the current profile.
• Designed training Material for Euphorium Bakery and trained all employees, ensuring
they could work safely and efficiently meeting customers’ demands
• Set up a electronic payroll system for Didcot DC from a manual system, ensuring all
managers were trained and employees were paid accurately and on time
CAREER HISTORY
Interim Hr Advisor Allied Bakeries – October 2015 to date
Ensuring legal compliance presses are in place and supporting and coaching managers in
disciplinary and grievances and all other ER related topics. Implemented training matrices and
identified skill gaps and ensuring the right training is put in place..
Training Partner Euphorium Bakery – June 2014 – September 2015
Responsible for ensuring all employees were training in health and safety and food safety plus
any other relevant training whilst writing and shaping the vision for training for the future.
Tesco Stores Ltd. is the UK´s leadership supermarket chain with a global turnover of
£70.9bn across twelve international markets employing more than 500,000 people.
HR Project Manager Tesco Distribution May 2012 - 2014
Was the key person in successfully implementing many payroll and HR projects by
engagement of key stakeholders across the business including leading a Depot closure.

Supported the Personnel and Training Manager in the production and implementation to the
