Personal Statement
I am a confident and outgoing person. I am highly motivated; cope extremely well under pressure
and can adapt easily to any situation. I have excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise
my workload to ensure deadlines are always met. I also have experience in multi site operations by assisting Area
Manager in collating weekly sales figures and operational costs from sites across UK. I was also part of a team who
oversaw new openings across the country from build to opening day including the training and development of staff at
all levels in the business as well as overseen refurbishment programs and the re-allocation of staff during this process.
I also assisted in the creation and implementation of new ideas, processes and procedures as the business expanded.
I am very hands on and customer focused and take pride in everything I do. At present I am employed with Sanctuary
Students working at Murano Street student village which is a 1200 bed student accommodation. The site also
operates commercially from June until September providing accommodation for conferences, tourists, academics,
summer schools as well as casual guests.
