 Responsible for generating new business
 Checking all advertisers content before going to print
 Insuring that all advertisements are fully compliant with UK law
 Overseeing and verifying all contracts
 Checking all advertising is placed within the correct locations and premises within the contracted timeframes
Job Title & Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Delivery Sector Manager, working with standard systems and processes to ensure
uniform and consistent administrative practices are used with the Delivery Sector Manager and their respective teams and in
line with National reporting standards. Primary aim to simplify, standardise administration and limit the workload impact
on both the Sector Manager and the Delivery Office Managers. To support the wider team of 40 managers and 800 frontline
staff in line with the Sector Manager’s requirements

 Data entry.
 Update daily finance spread sheets.
 Weekly entry of managers overtime onto system
 Deal with all customer queries.
 Check all risk assessments received regarding health and safety.
 Manage Atos referrals.
 Deal with emails and hard copy correspondence for the Delivery Sector Manager both incoming and outgoing –
flagging priorities and deadline and urgent correspondence requirements.
 Co-ordinate, information requests to operational units. Collate and despatch this information as required and
support operational managers in ensuring deadlines are achieved.
 Manage the managerial manpower plan –allocating deputy and reserve managers..
 Co-ordinate, across the sector management team, issue and collation of standard process materials
 Ensure DSM is prepared with the relevant paperwork for meetings and conference calls.
 Prepare meeting agenda’s send out any pre reading material and take minutes of meeting
 Successfully updated filing systems, & set up more organised ways of working to improve efficiency within
Delivery office/ callers office
 Coaching & mentoring new recruits
 Trained reserves for callers office duties
 Responsible for maintenance of our PDA’s and training staff to use them effectively
