 Directed Business Unit and HRIS/Payroll transitions to new company division for 300+
employees providing analysis of non-union and union benefits, payroll transactions, and
job descriptions.
 Initiated work-flow process analysis that resulted in a reduction in Staffing/On-boarding
from 90 to 30 days.
 Directed, planned, and administered various Human Resources programs (employee
performance, merit increase, employee recognition, employee engagement, etc.)
