 Analyzed job positions and participated in local and national surveys to ensure

 Managed Labor Relations for Florida and California work sites successfully negotiating
Collective Bargaining Agreements with “no strike” clause; provided wage and benefit
analysis of local enclave to executive management with recommendations for
negotiated wage increases and benefits; interpreted and implemented Collective
Bargaining Agreements including pass- through language.
 Administered Group Benefit Plans including H/W, Life Insurance, 401K, Pension Plans,
