The Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Elmwood Community Resource Centre including managing finances, human resources, and implementing organizational policies and procedures. Key duties include coordinating departments, preparing budgets, improving processes, recruiting and supervising staff, facilitating communication between teams, assisting in strategic planning, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Qualified candidates will have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field plus 3 years of financial management experience as well as strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. This is a full-time position based in the organization's main office.
