HR Consultant – 12 month contract for off-site HR Advisory/Consulting to bring their HR Department up
to compliance after previous HR Manager exited and left company with no notice. Revised Orientation,
on-boarding, recruitment, wrote new Job Descriptions, audited files, wrote all new Employee Handbook.
Provides HR functions in an advisory and consulting role. Conducted multiple Supervisor Development
trainings such as Disciplinary Actions and Performance Evaluations.
2. Performed and oversaw high volume full-cycle recruitment consulting with responsibilities of over 150
positions with multiple departments and hiring managers. Communicated both orally and written with

Interim HealthCare is a Home Health and Hospice company that provides 4 lines of service to Wichita and
surrounding area; Home Health, Hospice, Staffing and Private Duty. Interim has over 400 employees in the
Wichita and Hutchinson office. As the Director of Human Resources I directly supervised 5 human resource
staff on a day to day basis and 4 On Call Staff. Managed human resources operations by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training, coaching and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job
