EXAMPLES:
~WICHITA HOME HEALTH AGENCY – WICHITA, KS (12 MONTH CONTRACT)
HR Consultant – 12 month contract for off-site HR Advisory/Consulting to bring their HR Department up
to compliance after previous HR Manager exited and left company with no notice. Revised Orientation,
on-boarding, recruitment, wrote new Job Descriptions, audited files, wrote all new Employee Handbook.
Provides HR functions in an advisory and consulting role. Conducted multiple Supervisor Development
trainings such as Disciplinary Actions and Performance Evaluations.
Performed and oversaw high volume full-cycle recruitment consulting with responsibilities of over 150
positions with multiple departments and hiring managers. Communicated both orally and written with
hiring managers and analyzed and filled staffing needs. Researched and learned about company
policies, as well as the needs of the company, to gain understanding of the position requirements and
to better accommodate hiring needs. Maintained a complex staffing matrix for multiple departments.

Brought workers’ compensation program into full compliance. Trained managers and staff on procedures to follow
in case of injury.
Fostered teamwork/open door environment and was praised by the Executive Director and Administration at WCH

Revised complete On-Boarding procedures to help make the process smoother and more structured for new

Developed a Training Committee. Outcome of the committee was new training process implemented. A One Year
Training Calendar was developed, that all staff had access to view, and all trainings were assigned “Back-up
Trainers”.

Director of Human Resources - 6/29/2012 - 11/11/2015
Interim HealthCare is a Home Health and Hospice company that provides 4 lines of service to Wichita and
surrounding area; Home Health, Hospice, Staffing and Private Duty. Interim has over 400 employees in the
Wichita and Hutchinson office. As the Director of Human Resources I directly supervised 5 human resource
staff on a day to day basis and 4 On Call Staff. Managed human resources operations by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training, coaching and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job
contributions, problem solving and employee mediation. Worked directly with Department Managers in
mentoring and support role. Advised supervisors on employee development, discipline and terminations.
Oversaw all terminations of employment and ensured all documentation was up to compliance. Mentored,
