 Responsible for all aspects of production, quality, and customer service while
supervising an hourly staff of 180 employees.
 Effectively managed both growth and downsizing operations to various business
levels with minimal disruption to the remaining staff.
 Facilitated and administered a Provincial Work Share Program involving 180
employees during a 50% workload reduction for a four month period.
 Acted as prime interface with agencies such as: Ministry of Labor, Ministry of the
Environment, Workers Safety and Insurance Board, Fire and Police Departments,
Educational Institutions, Human Resources Development Canada and Security
Services.
 Implemented and presented monthly “State of the Business” overviews to all
employees in an effort to positively motivate employees to attain the company’s
goals of expansion and growth.
