· Manage the department’s human resource activities, including appraisals, disciplinary coaching, training and
development.
SALES
· Provide quality customer service when assisting customers with purchases and returns of store merchandise.
· Work with the Set Execution Manager regarding floor SET activities for the department.
· Forecasting workload and labor requirements for replenishment,restocking, recovery, pricing and signing, and visual
merchandising.
COMMUNICATION
· Ensure a high levelof customer service is given to all customers.
· Approve returns,adjustments, refunds and exchanges within the company guidelines in support of the company’s
satisfaction policy.
· Assure proper execution of SET standards.
· Work within the systems to stay organized and provide structure to the team.
LEADERSHIP
· Conduct in store training programs and share insight and knowledge about the company and how the store operates.
· Partner with store leaders and engage sales associates in delivering the best customer service to our customers.
· Assure the departments are staffed with well-trained, qualified,motivated and empowered associates.
