- Prepares Temporary IDs for Project and Probationary Hires
- Open Savings Bank Accounts with accredited bank.
- Encode New Employee Profiles in SAP.
- Prepare Separation MDAs for Resigned Employees and Employees whose contract
ended.
- Assist in the completion of the Control Report every pay period.
- Conduct Exit Interviews.
2. LABOR RELATIONS
- Monitors employee compliance to the Company Rules and Regulations
- Handles Disciplinary Cases that covers Attendance, Tardiness, Performance of
Duties, etc
- Sends out Memos to alleged violators (Notice to Explain and Notice of
Investigation)
- Handles Administrative Investigation, takes down minutes of the meeting and
writes the Administrative Investigation Report.
- Endorses cases to the General Manager to seek Approval for Suspension /
Disciplinary Measures
- Endorses cases to Corporate Labor Relations to seek Clearance for Termination
- Monitor employees on Payhold due to Attendance
