PROCUREMENT:
 Manages the day-to-day procurement and logistics activities to maximize the cost effectiveness,
efficiency, timeliness and reliability of the organization’s supply chain.
 Provide procurement savings initiatives to align activities with the Company’s business goals.
 Formulates the optimum sourcing strategy for each category spend of the Company and monitors
compliance across all departments.
 Manages supplier accreditation and relationship.
 Reviews and approves purchase orders of both trade and non-trade materials and services.
 Achievement so far: (1) Increased rebate by 1% for the NEW Fuel fleet Card Contract effective
December 2014 transactions. (2)Replaced import broker and thus reduced storage costs by 5-10

 Reviews, formulates and revises policies on purchasing and fleet for the approval of the top
management.
 Controls over-all maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of vehicles.
 Purchase or lease vehicles and equipment.
 Ensure proper documentation of all the 450 company vehicles i.e. individual car files, car
registration, Job Orders, lease rental contract, company car contract, deed of sale, etc.

consultation with the end-user (Club General Managers/Front of House Managers) and Finance
(Payables). Reduce work at club level by eliminating the issuance of Receiving Slip (RR).

almost P500K savings for July-December 2013.

July – December 2013  Sets up the Vendor Accreditation Process: Involves development of vendor accreditation form, establishment of the vendor accreditation work flow, training of purchasing staff on how to review the vendor accreditation documents, vendor update/maintenance and e-filing of the reviewed documents.  Sets up the Receiving to Invoice Payment process: Involves development of the process flow in consultation with the end-user (Club General Managers/Front of House Managers) and Finance (Payables).
