Centre Builders Inc.
I am currently a commercial project superintendent, my first project was the core and shell structural retrofits for
a 31,000 sq. ft. building completed in 90 days with a budget of $ 850,000.00.
American Technologies Inc.
During my time at American Technologies Inc. my position was more of a traditional project manager position,
than as a Superintendent. My duties included handling all aspects of the job from meeting with the clients all the
way through to plans, design and schedules. I would buy out all of the materials as well hire and manage all of the
vendors through to the jobs completion. Jobs varied in value from $ 1,500.00 to $ 750,000.00. On average I would
handle 12 to 18 projects at any given time, with an average of finishing 3 per week. With a gross profit margin of
30 % and an annual volume of $ 2 million in business per year.

Palermo Condos in Downtown San Diego 12 units $ 250,000.00 job and completed in 45 days.
City Walk Condos in Downtown San Diego 6 units $ 125,000.00 job and completed in 30 days
Westpark Apartment in Downtown San Diego 8 units $ 150,000.00 job and completed in 30 days
FL. Malik in Dallas Texas 50 sq. ft. commercial building $ 750,000.00 job and completed in 180days
Solar Installations and Design
I have worked with various solar companies over the last 18 months designing and installing PV systems. I ran all
aspects of the installation, permitting, design, coordinating the meeting with the Utility companies and upgrading
the existing electrical main meter panels and transformers for the new PV load’s. Jobs vary in value from $
25,000.00 to as Large as $ 1,250,000.00
Regis Development: Operations Manager
I was in charge of the property inspections, Vendors, and repairs for the REO and property preservation division
in all of Southern Ca. for the $ 5,000.00 value and under projects. Over the last 2.5 years I have set up and staffed 4
new Office Locations. I have traveled up to Northern Cal. Hiring over 100 new Vendors to work for Regis. Over all I
have hired on and qualified 250 new vendors. Jobs vary in value from $ 1,500.00 to as Large as $ 250,000.00
AT&T Site Development: Construction Manager
From: 1999 to 2004 we built and developed over 50 AT&T locations throughout Southern Calif. for CCB
construction. We helped with finding the site locations, assed all of the utilities coming into the unit and did the
preliminary site drawings for the architect. In the drawings I put together a plan to upgrade the infrastructure to
make the existing utilities work and or meet with the local utility to upgrade the utilities to meet AT &T‘s
needs. Then I handled pulling all of the permits and logistics with the malls and their development teams. Then
my other company Fugate Electrical came in and handled all aspects of the Electrical installations. Jobs vary in
value from $ 15,500.00 to as Large as $ 450,000.00

Oak Hills Project: Supervised and installed UG Utilities, Roads and Erosion Control for slopes and landscape for a
Commercial Development in Oak Hills, CA. Coordinated with Utility designers to overcome all of the on-site
challenges. Also, ran electrical for two 79 unit Assisted Living Developments. Job value was $250,000.00
Riverside Project: Worked as a building consultant for a $ 25 million commercial project in Riverside, CA. This
was a 20-acre project with 19 tilt up buildings. I was involved with this project from the ground up to finishes. Our
electrical contract with extras was $ 895,000.00
Home Depot Project: I developed a service and installation program for Home Depot’s 65 southern California
locations. My installers covered 150-mile radius, where I supervised the phone center with over 500 calls a week,
15 field installers and handled all customer service coordination. Average $ 275,000 in business annually.
Residential Projects: includes ground up multi-million dollar homes. Purchased properties, brought in all of the
utilities and built each project from ground up including the permits, plans, negotiating all of the contracts.
American Honda Distribution Hub Project: Electrical contractor
American Honda Distribution Hub, which covers over 33 acres of land and over 1,000,000 square feet of
warehouse/office area. I ran a 38-man electrical crew, worked with the architect to design the electrical systems
on a design build contract, value engineered all aspects of the job and completed it by running two shifts in 45
days with over $ 450,000.00 in additional change orders. Total job value with change orders $ 795,000.00
California State University at Sacramento: Electrical contractor
Recently completed an $800,000.00 classroom improvement project. New lighting and new Telecom; ran new 4-
inch conduit for all new cabling to Telecom Rooms.
RESTAURANT WORK:
Chic Fila Restaurants: Electrical contractor
Completed all aspects from ground up electrical construction including all site utilities. This included setting the
main service panels and transformers to all EM Systems on 4 locations.
Apple Bees Restaurants: Electrical contractor
Completed all aspects from ground up electrical construction including all site utilities. This included setting the
main service panels and transformers to all EM Systems on 3 locations.
Jack in the Box: Electrical contractor
Completed all aspects from ground up electrical construction including all site utilities. This included setting the
main service panels and transformers to all EM Systems on 6 locations.
MEDICAL and MRI work:
Completed all aspects from ground up electrical construction including all site utilities. This included setting the
main service panels and transformers to all EM Systems on 9 locations. We had to work direct with the Engineers
from GE on the specialty ground systems need for the MRI equipment. Some of the locations where existing and
we had retro fit the old service panels to the new 277/480 requirements and still keep the existing tenants on line.
