workers. Discuss our menus with the general manager because we are doing
seasonal menu base. Training new kitchen staff and well as teaching them how to

HOTEL, Bangkok Thailand — 2005- 2007
Cooking for buffet station in the hotel. Manage the canteen for the 180 employees
of the hotel for the entire day. Cook thai and western cuisine. Help supervise other
workers and receiving orders from the head chef. Decided and discussed about
new menu.
Position: Thai and Chinese cook 1 D'MA PAVILION HOTEL Bangkok
Thailand . Main Kitchen Department — 2003-2005
Cooking buffet for the main kitchen of the restaurant. Cook and prepare food for the
visitors of the hotel. Have lots of experience under the guidance of the head chef in
order to perfect the cuisines.
Position: Kitchen helper THE EMERALD HOTEL Bangkok,Thailand —
2002-2003
Prepare food for service and organize the food order from the delivery truck for the
restaurant. Mainly under the supervision of the head chef and discuss with him
about the menus and stuffs.
Position: Kitchen Helper SAOTONG RESTAURANT Surattani,Thailand -
1995-2000
Prepare food for service and organize the food order from the delivery truck for the
restaurant. Mainly under the supervision of the head chef and discuss with him
about the menus and stuffs. Take order from a customer and serve food to a
customer.
