 Ability to create a great atmosphere and be an inspirational leader.
 To supervise all the breakfast, lunch and dinner set ups
 To inspect all stations before, during and after the shift.
 To make all the purchases of all the missing operational items
 To train all the stewards on how to perform their duties.
 To handle all staff complains and able to solve them
 To know all the daily functions.
 To maintain the brand standards of hygiene.
 To handle all the inventories directly in all the operations.
 To facilitate a weekly training of all the staffs to maintain the set standards.
 Ability to communicate with the chefs.
 To conduct daily briefings of all the staffs before and after every shift
 To maintain per stock levels in the store.
 Ensuring a proper hand over to the next shift for the smooth operations.
 To arrange all items in their categories
 To update all the inventories in the store

 To inform the supervisor about the missing items
 To maintain a clean area of operation (store)
 To issue and request all the chemicals needed
 To soak all stained items using the right chemicals.
 To issue all requested items by the outlets and make follow up if returnable.
 To keep all the records of the store for reference.
 To make a follow up on the breakage record in the outlets regularly.
