duties. Perform anti-virus installs and data scans, data transfer operations, and ad-hoc service requests on an as
needed basis. Attend meetings pertaining to the customer’s needs and provide recommendations of hardware
and software to help guide the customer to their future goals. Assist the customer with various other requests in

This role included racking servers, building, configuring and upgrading servers all the way up to patching and
maintenance of the various servers; monitoring of the SAN storage. Helping to setup and implement a new data

unique systems; configure switches and routers, and general troubleshooting for all customers. Provide
technical expertise and advice to customers as needed or requested. Responsible for creating documentation and
SOP’s as needed. Strong problem solving skills and ability to multitask, ability to work within a team

System Administrator/Systems Engineer , 01/2009 – 06/2010
This role included racking servers, building, configuring and upgrading servers all the way up to patching and
maintenance of the various servers. Most of the servers are running Microsoft OS ranging from NT to 2008. I
have some experience with Linux (Red Hat) but mostly from a user perspective. This is a 24x7 / 365 operation
and a on-call role when needed. Maintenance requires load balancing, disk cleanup, anti-virus updates, log
checking, backups, troubleshooting of various types when needed to include rebuilding if necessary. VM Ware
is used in this operation of which I have an intermediate (working knowledge) amount of experience with. I am
also responsible for keeping messaging running smoothly to include Lotus Notes, FTP and other types of
communications.
I also have a strong Lotus Notes Domino server background that is used at times in my current duties. This
includes database maintenance and overall user and server administration.

It goes without saying that when something fails that the team chips in to resolve the issue no matter what
it takes. This type of problem solving is also handled by keeping the SOP's current. We, as a team, are
responsible to have accurate SOP's that we can depend on if needed. I am also responsible for keeping the
software library organized and up to date.

Mr. DePetro was assigned to the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC). He was responsible for
Lotus Notes project design and development. He developed in a Windows NT environment using Lotus Notes
4.6; designed and developed several databases that are used on a daily basis at USASAC; and made significant
enhancements to several of USASAC’s existing databases. Mr. DePetro also instructed junior and associate
USASAC employees with the skills necessary for them to complete their assigned tasks.
