improvement and knowledge management efforts at multiple companies. At Yamato
Transport, these efforts resulted in the firm’s adding 100 new customers to this base.
Coordinate container import and export shipments. Supervised employees to insure
customer care, this would include assisting in the detail work of wrapping and packing.

shipments remained on schedule. As expeditor for Nippon Express, forklift experience
and maintaining an F Endorsement License (Trucks under 26,000 lbs) was a requirement.
