• Updating customers with Port situations, Market updates and current scenario prevailing
and providing the alternative solutions to it.
• Following up for outstanding payments with consignee
• Ensuring the correctness of the documents and dispatching it on time
• Managing Company’s largest local accounts, the responsibilities include being the
primary contact for the customer and assessing customer needs and requirements
• Keep updating consignee’s for their seafreigt & airfreight shipments through DSR
• Co-ordination with Overseas office for execution of airfreight & seafreight shipment
booking
