Responsibilities:
Handle customers' requests and Vodafone cash "money transfer " over
mail.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Reply on Stores and TKA's inquiries.
Check fraud cases about money transfer service "VF cash" of those stores
and TKA's to take the required action with them
Provide them with VF cash service activation approval and technical
information
Technical readiness (USSD, Extranet)
Alignment of different stakeholders involved in on boarding (CC,
commissions, AML, Fraud, Finance…etc.)
Monitor E-money availability across the channels
Analyze cash base activity growth by region and project the need e-money

Ensure proper contract collection process in place and coordinate with
various teams to maintain total contracts received versus overall GA.
Ensure that all outlets and transactions are compliant with CBE
regulations, Group AML standards and corporate security policy.
Design and enhance the technical support model for these outlets.
Work with technology on new projects contributing to service
enhancements .
Provide daily, weekly and monthly dashboard that is essential to monitor
operational performance.
Maintain issues tracker log for this channel.
Design and document operational processes related to this channel on
regular basis.
Make a training sessions for Vodafone cash money transfer service.
