My Responsibilities includebut not limited to:
 Reporting to Accounts Manager.
 Initiating businesswith potential corporateclients as well as expanding business
with existing ones through understanding their banking and financing
requirements as well as structuring and designing Term sheets and facility
packages that suites their needs.
 Enhancing bank's profitability based on a comprehensive cross selling strategy.
 Preparing full Credit ProposalMemos (CPM's) which includes the proposed facility
package, the associated Terms & Conditions,Industry analysis, Financial Analysis
and scientific projections in order to determine the credit worthiness.
 Preparing scientific projection, in order to monitor client's ability for payment.
 Follow up and closely monitor accounts on a regular basis to ensure that approved
limits abide to terms and conditions.
 Revising financial models presented by clients and negotiating any needed
modifications with the client.
 Managing daily operations, draw downs & utilization requests…etc.
 Participate in the calls to existing and prospect clients with superiors and preparing
Call memos that summarize key issues rose during the call.
 Presentation of critical cases to the assigned credit committees.
 Participate in organizing credit files and regularly update them to include all
necessary updated documents.
At 2009 and because of centralization process Bank's top management had brought
the most efficient credit officers from large branches to establish a Large corporate
finance Sector which is entitled to manage the relation with large corporate clients'
files .
