Michael is the Chief Operating Officer of Ruida Education Group in Zhejiang Province Hangzhou. He
has over 12 years of global experience in sales, marketing management, leadership development,
business coaching.
He has worked extensively in the fields of sales and marketing management and business
development. He has worked across 29 cities in China, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Iran,

KEY TASKS IN ABOVE ROLES
 To ensure the entire performance grow-rate of the company in China meeting the target
profits,to consolidatethe promotion of brand valueand expand its influence.
 Aim to integration of regional resources, in coordination with the company and nationwide
market- brand activities, duties on entire regional planning, to scheme, design, organize and
implementation of synthetic and major events.
 Responsiblefor integral marketing strategies:portfolio of price,cost and product.
 Designing and running of new models for business in order that the overall business goals set
by board are fulfilled.
 Responsible for training the employers of whole marketing and sales departments in the
company.
 Steering at making overall arrangements for domestic market resources, including marketing
channels,propagation,media and Internet.
 To provide more opportunities for company to communicate and cooperate with oversee
counterparts for the purpose of internationalization.
 To create and optimize branch offices’ management systems. Ensuring high level of team
performance and better utilization of branch offices, regular performance evaluation and
feedback, in order to achieve set targets.
 Supervision of the turnover and marketing budget. Be at helm the creation of new marketing
blueprints in order to over fulfil businessgoals.
 To command and coordinate of internal cooperation and communication among
departments for the purpose of improvement of company’s work efficiency.
 Duties on programs scheme of various ads circulation channels and operation, to make plans
for website core appeal in accordance with marketing goals, propagating activities and
important events, and to launch marketingpitches on portals,commercial.
 To ensure the brand influence and customer hit-rates, activity promotion, product

 To write analysis report of promotion result, to scheme and adjust propagationplans,
