I help my company to SAVE LIVES of humans. I execute strategy which help my company deliver latest healthcare technology to
our clients and thus help in saving lives.
I strive to deliver profitable sales growth, develop and drive strategy, regularly communicate progress / achievement of targets,
extend into growth markets and maximize opportunities. Consider the impact of macroeconomics on business and other external
factors by ZOOMING OUT and ZOOMING IN & calibrating the driving strategy to adapt accordingly keeping in mind the Goal and
vision of the Organization.

I don’t have to tell you in detail so much but I love making a difference in lives of people whom I touch ……meet….interact….etc.
My Key Responsibilities include:
Business Development & Strategy Development
 Developing Business:- doesn’t need much explanation …….But it’s a job which is done with both eyes open and eyes closed and
even while tendering babies…………..& I do it all the time, even as I write my resume.
 Develop strategies for revenue growth and assessment of potential new product introductions and other strategies for
growth. Develop the strategy/ devise the implementation plan. Communicate strategic plan to employees and elicit their
buy-in. Monitor customer and supplier feedback and market intelligence in order to develop additional strategies to
combat threats in the market. ( WE WANNA BE THE FIRST TO HELP & SAVE LIVES )
 Work along with the principal companies/Suppliers to devise market strategies to penetrate the market and implemet the
product launches along with the local team.
 Devise, implement and communicate the Strategic Blueprint for the country.
Business Leadership is to
 Create a clear view of the vision and motivate others to understand the strategic plan for the entity and the importance of
goal congruence in an organization. Influence and drive for action towards the implementation of the vision and the
strategic plan. Lead by example and model the company’s beliefs and values. Use the vision and strategic plan as a
reference point in conducting day-to-day activities. Help others see linkages between the organization’s vision /
strategy, values, systems and processes.
 Communicate goals and KPI’s to team regularly and manage achievement to goals.
 Model integrity and ethical business leadership. Motivate / encourage employees and management to continuously seek
opportunities for different and innovative approaches to address any challenges and opportunities. Facilitate the use of
knowledge from internal and external sources to identify improvement opportunities.
 Recognize opportunities, encourage boundary breaking and to develop a performance management framework for the team
with individual KPI’s for team members that are aligned to the strategic goals of the entity. Operate with enthusiasm,
professionalism and passion and always lead by example in order to hardwire the values and constructive / innovative
culture.
 Always Foster a collaborative / constructive culture by rewarding employees for working cross functionally and contributing
to breaking down silos and operating as one team. Ensure functions work collaboratively as each function is dependent on
the other for the wider company’s success. Creating a positive and cohesive culture.
 Build organizational capability and develops people’s competence in order to drive for high performance and with the view
of succession planning.

Financial / Commercial Management
 Manage profit and loss statement (EBIT), cash flow position.
 Develop creative pricing strategies. Strike the optimal balance of investment for the future vs. harvest for the present.
Drives stringent cost management in tandem to growing revenues.
 Identify / recognize financial information gaps or the need for additional information and obtain it.
 In conjunction with the Finance Director, organize information and data to identify / explain trends, problems, and their
root causes. Facilitate the development of solutions for financial shortfalls.
 Regularly analyse transaction volumes and revenue streams, current status of sales prospects, revenue forecasts etc.
 Budget planning for year and executing on the strategies to achieve budget targets.
Sales & Marketing…TO
 Foster and maintain regular communication with key client contacts or KOL’s, ensuring effective management of local
relationships with key decision makers in both Govt and private sector.
 Be the face of company to represent the business in market from a customer’s perspective
 Coach the sales team on the deals and take them forward to success, making team win.
 Understand the market drivers and develop the country customer value proposition aligned with region/ sector.
 Tailor regional sales, marketing and communications to suit market requirements. Identify and implement local strategies
for increasing marketing / brand impact
 Leverage principal brands that we carry & increase market value in the country for the brands we represent in the country.
 Market and Sell whatever helps save life.
Service Delivery
 Ensure management and delivery of target service quality with prompt and effective response to client service issues
 Ensure quality and timely execution of major new client implementations
 Manage the Install Base of the high tech complex electronics equipment by managing a team of field force to keep the
uptime of the system more than 98 % for the client.
 Leveraging Six Sigma and lean tools to improve productivity and bring efficiency to the process and tools for customer and
self.
 Customer is our PATIENT and the service team has only one mission to make a MARK and that is our Quality & service
delivery for the organisation and country.
 Service is Servant leadership and the whole team is empowered including self to observe the same.
