Responsibilities:
• To perform the sales and achieve sales targets.
• Handling all the advertised tenders against the provision of
transportation services.
• Purchasing of Toyota (Buses & Mini Buses, Coasters, Hiace-Hi Roof
• Taking part in making advertising strategies by determining the goals
and objectives of the organization.
• Marketing of services to attract the target market and achieving sales
goals.
• Providing the Customer Care services, identifying customer’s queries,
solving the issues if any on the spot and/or reporting to the relevant
department instantly.
• Ensuring to provide best customer services at all times.
• Risk management and controlling of any deficiencies occurring in the
organization.
• Reviewing the HSE policy of the company, making amendments if
required.
• Reporting to Board of Directors about all the subsidiaries and the
parent company.
• Meeting up with current contractors, vendors, clients and meeting up
with the challenges that may occur.
• Routine visit of the target market and promoting the company services.

intermediary between LUKOIL Overseas Service B.V. & my company.

Service B.V. and ARABIAN Transport L.L.C

order to avoid weaknesses and strengthen the opportunities of the
Transport services and also get approvals regarding the “rates, cars,
buses, drivers” from Higher Management.
