BIMBO BAKERIES USA/SARA LEE, Fresh Bakery Division 6/2008-1/2016
Full service bakery distribution Central and Northern Arkansas. Over the past seven years I have helped
rebuild an inexperienced eroding workforce to grow our Fresh Bakery Business double digits in the
Central Arkansas market. I also negotiated our move into a new depot in Little Rock and Conway to
create a positive environment to continue to attract the best team in the business.
Territory Development Manager (6/2008 – Present)
Responsible for sales and distribution of Bimbo/Sara Lee Fresh Bakery products for Central and Northern
Arkansas. I oversee 3 distribution depots and 12 routes. Accounts include Wal-mart, Kroger, Sam’s,
large regional Independents, restaurants, State Accounts and schools.
PEPSIAMERICAS, Little Rock, Arkansas 1990 – 2/2008
Full line Pepsi distributor servicing Central and South Arkansas.
Account Executive, Education Channel (2007 – 2/2008)
Responsible for the entire Education Channel for the State of Arkansas. Managed 84 school contracts
ranging from K-12 to Colleges and Universities. Accounts included UALR, OBU, Henderson State,
ASU, UCA.
• Grew fountain volume by 15% year over year.
• Increased Third Party Volume in major colleges 40% by implementing Pre-sell to maximize
account service and introducing the new innovation of non-carbs.
Account Executive, Large & Small Accounts (2001 – 2006)
Responsible for managing the Large and Small format accounts for the South Arkansas Region. Key
accounts included: Kroger, Knight's, Dollar General, EZ-Mart, AC Stores, Buzz Buy, Max Mart, and
Harvest Foods.
• Grew accounts by 7% year over year.
• Played a key role in negotiation of grocery channel contracts for Harvest Foods and Knight's that
resulted in an incremental 450,000 cases in 2007.
On Premise Sales Manager, (1999 – 2000)
Responsible for all Little Rock Operations. Managed a staff of 20 including Full Service Drivers,
Vending Technicians and Vendor Delivery personnel for the Greater Little Rock/Russellville
markets.
• Reduced Full Service shrink from 10% to 2% the first year.

• Grew total account base an average of 8% over five-year tenure.

• Developed all volume forecasting for department on a weekly and monthly basis.
