Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): -
Communications/ PR/ Clients Dealing
 Handling all routine communications work with regard to law firm’s directory updating i.e. lawyer’s CV uploading and required
modifications, maintaining database of Internal Directory with the relevant practice areas and sectors details etc.
 Maintaining a proactive knitted social network of all attorneys (corporate lawyers) as well support staff through updating internal firm’s
social network site.
 Handling independently Client Queries and connecting to the concerned corporate lawyer to proceed further on legal advice.
 Arranging Conference Rooms and Fix Up Meetings with High Profile Clients of the respective attorneys ensuring their escorting and
assistance to the best of hospitality and taking care of the required needs.
 Travel Arrangements (Air/ Railway tickets, visa, passport, hotel accommodation etc.) for Immediate Partner’s Arrangements for Board/
Client’s meetings and assisting the corporate lawyers with cab services for client meetings.
 All Secretarial and communicative functions i.e. handling correspondence independently like drafting letters, screening
inward/ outward fax/ Emails & putting forward to the concerned departments as per boss’s approval, circulars, inter-office
correspondence, attending phone calls & responding, plus required communication to be done urgently on behalf of reporting
Partner, confidential and sensitive information.
Internship Coordination
 Coordination of Law students Internship i.e. Maintenance of database of all law students from different law schools doing
internship with us. Assisting/ guiding them the concerned associates to work with.
 Organizes & Minutes Monthly Presentation Meetings of the interns completing with concerned reporting internship recruiter or
Partner. Responsible for Monthly Reports on every Month ends.
Administration Support
