1. Introduction: (Chapter I)
In this report researchers have tried to explain the effects of monetary and
non-monetary benefits on employee loyalty and turnover intention towards
the business organization for this purpose researchers have taken the
employees of Nestle (Water) Pakistan they participated voluntarily and
independently in our questionnaire survey.
1.1 Introduction of Variables:
For research purposes researchers have taken the ‘Monetary and non-Monetary
Benefits’ as “Independent Variables” whereas ‘Employee loyalty and ‘Employee
turnover intention’ as “Dependent variables”
