1. Introduction: (Chapter I)
In this report researchers have tried to explain the effects of monetary and
non-monetary benefits on employee loyalty and turnover intention towards
the business organization for this purpose researchers have taken the
employees of Nestle (Water) Pakistan they participated voluntarily and
independently in our questionnaire survey.
1.1 Introduction of Variables:
For research purposes researchers have taken the ‘Monetary and non-Monetary
Benefits’ as “Independent Variables” whereas ‘Employee loyalty and ‘Employee
turnover intention’ as “Dependent variables”
1.2 Conceptual Framework:

The Research questionnaire included the questions regarding the concept of
‘monetary benefits’ from Article of ‘Acceptance of monetary rewards on open source
software development’ By ‘Sandeep Krishnamurthy, Shaosong Ou Arvid K.Tripathi’
in (2013) which were as follows;
a. Performance Bonuses
b. Gratuity Fund
c. From for-Profit Organization
d. From Non-Profit Organization
For the Concept of ‘Non-Monetary Benefits’ Article of ‘Relationship of Non-monetary
incentives, job satisfaction and employee job performance’ By ‘Alkhaliel Adeeb
Abdullah’ in (2013) the questions were as follows;
 ORGANIZATIONAL BENEFITS:
a. Medical Aid Benefits
b. Cell phone benefits
c. Fuel Benefits
 WORK PERFORMANCE RECOGNITION AND INVOLVEMENT:

Opportunities and employee turnover intention in public accounting firms’ By ‘Hossein
Nouri, Robert J parker’ in (2012) the questions were as follows;
a. Barring foreseen circumstances, I intend to stay with my current job
b. I plan to remain with my current job for at least a few years
c. For the foreseeable future, I plan to stay with my current job
2. Presentation of Results: (Chapter II)
The purpose of this Chapter is to present the results which were obtained through
implication of various Statistical Techniques.
2.1 Response Rate:
The Response Rate was as follows;

Introduction: (Chapter I) In this report researchers have tried to explain the effects of monetary and non-monetary benefits on employee loyalty and turnover intention towards the business organization for this purpose researchers have taken the employees of Nestle (Water) Pakistan they participated voluntarily and independently in our questionnaire survey. 1.1 Introduction of Variables: For research purposes researchers have taken the ‘Monetary and non-Monetary Benefits’ as “Independent Variables” whereas ‘Employee loyalty and ‘Employee turnover intention’ as “Dependent variables” 1.2 Conceptual Framework: 1.3 Measurements: (Citations) The Research questionnaire included the questions regarding the concept of ‘monetary benefits’ from Article of ‘Acceptance of monetary rewards on open source software development’ By ‘Sandeep Krishnamurthy, Shaosong Ou Arvid K.Tripathi’ in (2013) which were as follows; a. Performance Bonuses b. Gratuity Fund c. From for-Profit Organization d. From Non-Profit Organization For the Concept of ‘Non-Monetary Benefits’ Article of ‘Relationship of Non-monetary incentives, job satisfaction and employee job performance’ By ‘Alkhaliel Adeeb Abdullah’ in (2013) the questions were as follows;  ORGANIZATIONAL BENEFITS: a.
