condition
9) Assist in conducting new employee’s reference check when required

12) Assist Recruitment Executive in preparing regular daily interviewed candidate evaluation report and
vacancy status report for DHRM
13) Responsible to make sure all forms of recruitment are in place as per needed.
14) Prepare daily recruitment report to DHRM
15) Prepare onboarding staff announcement letter and stick on the information board
